- What we collect: Name, email address, billing/shipping address (if ordering physical items)
- Why: To deliver your purchase, send order confirmations, and provide customer support
- How long we keep it: As long as legally required for tax purposes (typically 7 years), then securely deleted
When You Sign Up for Our Newsletter
- What we collect: Email address, first name (optional)
- Why: To send you water consciousness insights, new research updates, and occasional book news
- How long we keep it: Until you unsubscribe (there’s an unsubscribe link in every email)
When You Visit Our Website
- What we collect: Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance
- Why: To keep the site running reliably and secure
- How: We don’t currently run third-party analytics; if we add any in the future, we’ll use privacy-respecting options and update this policy first
What We DON’T Do
