Bought on Amazon? Most physical copies of The Water Testament are sold and fulfilled through Amazon. If that’s where you purchased, Amazon’s own return and refund policy applies — please contact Amazon directly, they’ll take care of you faster than we could.
Bought directly from this site? The policy below covers digital purchases and the limited physical stock we keep on hand ourselves.
Digital Products (Complete Digital Edition)
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- Timeframe: Request a refund within 30 days of purchase
- Process: Reach out via our Contact page with your order number and “Refund Request”
- No questions asked: We won’t interrogate you or make you justify your decision
Your access to the digital files will be revoked, and you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method. We trust you to delete any downloaded copies.
Physical Books Purchased Directly From Us
We’re a small, home-based operation — we keep a limited stock of physical copies on hand for direct sale rather than running a full fulfillment warehouse, so we can’t always match what a large retailer offers. Here’s what we can commit to:
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we’ll make it right:
- Reach out via our Contact page with a photo of the issue
- Replacement or refund: Your choice
- No return necessary: Keep or recycle the damaged copy — no need to ship it back
Change of Mind
Because we’re working from a small personal stock rather than a retail return system, we can’t offer prepaid return labels or a guaranteed return window the way Amazon can. If the book isn’t right for you, reach out via our Contact page anyway — we’ll look at it case by case and do what we reasonably can.
Bundles & Special Offers
We don’t currently sell bundles, but if that changes:
- Full refund available: Return everything within the standard timeframes above
- Partial returns: If you want to keep one format and return another, reach out and we’ll work out a fair partial refund
- Bonus materials: Digital bonuses should be deleted if you request a refund
Non-Refundable Items
- ❌ After 30 days: Digital refund requests past the 30-day window
- ❌ Free Chapter 1 downloads: These are free and non-refundable (because, well, free)
- ❌ Purchases made through Amazon or other retailers: Handled by that retailer’s own policy, not ours
