Alan Bedian
Author of The Water Testament
Alan Bedian spent over three decades working at the intersection of technology, design, and pattern recognition. In 1991 he founded Skquark Inc., a systems architecture and development house building bridges between complex technical systems and the people who have to use them. He later earned a BA in MultiMedia from UC Santa Cruz—not the multimedia of slide decks, but a rigorous, convergent discipline spanning computer science, cognitive psychology, visual design, audio engineering, human-computer interaction, and information architecture. Along the way he's independently built 30+ websites, worked in the film industry, co-written five feature screenplays, and picked up working knowledge of 35+ programming languages and frameworks.
Today he runs Skquark Inc. and PC Wise Consultants, and is the creator of AEIONic Diffusion Deluxe, an AI-powered multimedia platform for pattern recognition and creative synthesis, and AeionOS, a schema-driven AI operating system built to replace the dozen disconnected tools most businesses juggle with one unified platform. He's also served as technical director for the 5D Events BioMed Expo & Alien Event. Across every one of those projects, one conviction only sharpened: water was the substrate everything else was running on.
He didn't set out to study water—it kept resurfacing anyway, in project after project, until the pattern became impossible to ignore. He lives in Southern California, where a home studio has slowly become what he calls a “water research lab,” though friends insist it looks more like a shrine with very expensive sensors.
We are water, remembering itself.
His Commitment
Alan believes water is one of the most important—and most overlooked—frontiers of human understanding. Not through mysticism, but through relationship: when we pay attention to water, measuring it, blessing it, structuring it with light and sound, it responds, often in ways that are measurable, not just felt. This book is his invitation to that reconnection.
A Note from the Author
I didn't set out to write a book claiming water is conscious. I set out to understand why my own measurements kept turning up results I couldn't explain. Every claim in these pages, however unusual it may sound, is grounded in peer-reviewed research, historical evidence, or direct experience you can test for yourself. I invite you to prove me wrong—or better yet, to prove it right through your own investigation.

More from Alan Bedian
The Water Testament is the first of three interconnected projects exploring how consciousness moves through pattern, language, and the elements.
The Numerological Testament
A three-volume work exploring numerology as a symbolic language of pattern, cycle, and meaning—read alongside The Water Testament's exploration of consciousness through water and the elements.
The Real Old Testament
A complete retranslation of the ancient Hebrew scriptures, restoring meaning obscured by centuries of translation—work that connects deeply with the themes explored in The Water Testament.
All three are being developed to eventually stand alongside each other—including as a bundle—as each nears release.
