What Happens After Refund

Physical Books (Hardcover, Paperback)
60-Day Return Window
- Timeframe: Return within 60 days of delivery
- Condition: Book should be in resellable condition (minimal wear, no major damage)

- Refund: Full purchase price refunded once we receive the book back
Return Shipping
- Defective or damaged books: We cover return shipping costs—send us a photo first

- Lost in mail: If your return shipment gets lost, we’ll work with you to resolve it fairly
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item entirely, we’ll make it right immediately:

Bundles & Special Offers

- Full refund available: Return everything within the standard timeframes
- Partial returns: If you want to keep one format and return another, contact us and we’ll work out a fair partial refund
- Bonus materials: Digital bonuses should be deleted if you request a refund
Non-Refundable Items

Want to exchange your paperback for a hardcover, or vice versa?

- Return the original book (same condition requirements as refunds)
- Pay the price difference if upgrading to a more expensive format
- We’ll ship the new format once we receive the return
What If I’m Outside the Refund Window?
